With the chakra paper in front of her, Sumiko grimaced and cleared her throat, already knowing what the result would be. 

But she took the paper anyway, out of politeness. As she had expected, it didn’t crumble. Instead, it tore in half.  

 ”Honou-san, I’ve taken the test before,” she confessed, scratching the back of her head. “I’m… a wind type, but I specialise in water techniques due do my fear. And I only know the basics when it comes to fire techniques. I’m sorry if this causes you too many problems…”

“N-no, no, it’s better that we know your affinity; it’ll help overcome difficulties when learning techniques.“ He assures her, although he looked nervous. He had never taught someone who’s affinity was wind before. However, he had sparred with a friend who utilizes wind jutsus, and so overcoming it might not pose a lot of problems.

He cracks his fingers, a signal for them to begin training. "First, let’s see what techniques you have learned, since you know the basics. There, we’ll find a technique you’re most comfortable with and polish and enhance that technique.”
